The City is considering a Rezoning Application and Development Permit with Variances Application for the development of a mixed-use residential building with ground-floor commercial and residential above, at a height of approximately 16-storeys, and with an increase in density.

The proposal was presented to the City by Alex Warren of Townline Homes Inc.
