The City is considering a Development Permit with Variance application for a mixed-use development which includes townhouses and a 5 storey rental apartment building with commercial use on the ground level. The application is concurrent with REZ#00673. The variance is to reduce the required vehicle parking.

The proposal was made to the City by the Purdey Group/Aryze Developments.
