The City is considering a Rezoning Application to increase the density in order to facilitate a mixed-use development consisting of an approximately 13 storey, eight-storey and six-storey building and retain the existing Victoria Professional Office Building. There is a concurrent Development Permit with Variances Application.

The proposal was presented to the City by Hugh Cochlin, architect, of Proscenium Architecture + Interiors Inc, for Chard Development Ltd.
