The City is considering a Rezoning Application and a Development Permit with Variances Application for the development of a mixed-use residential building with commercial at grade and residential above, at a height of approximately 16-storeys and with an increase in density. The existing chapel is proposed to be retained for future commercial use.

The proposal is being made by Cox Developments.
