  1. Ben Barclay speaks my mind and my heart. Which is breaking just a little bit more - every time I read an account such as Ben's - that tell about the disaster we are preparing for ourselves and the whole planet... can you believe it? I can hardly imagine in my limited and primitive brain that this planet could become deadly to so much life in so short a time! But I believe the science! I am pleading with non-believers to read books like Simard's, David Suzuki, etc. I am too old to climb trees or lock myself to logging machines, but I can give money to support organizations and people that are opposed to destructive logging and other atrocities on Planet Earth. Thanks, Focus, for being such a strong and steady voice for better government and life practices. I miss your printed editions but appreciate this opportunity to read your excellent stable of writers.
