A distinguished lecture series organized by the University of Victoria’s Committee for Urban Studies; discussing conflicts, pleasures, and politics of city life. Our upcoming speaker, Coll Thrush, will examine the parallel histories of three Salish Sea cities, illustrating how urban and Indigenous histories have been deeply entangled with each other.
