  7. ARYZE DEVELOPMENTS INC. is planning to build an 18-unit, 3-storey townhouse complex on Foul Bay Road at Quamichan. The 22,000-square-foot well-treed site was formerly occupied by a large 1911 heritage house that burned down in late 2016. STARLIGHT DEVELOPMENTS, a North American apartment developer, has acquired all of one central Victoria block—bordered by Quadra, Yates, Vancouver and View—and half of another (Cook to Vancouver, between Yates and View). It is only six storeys but covers 89 percent of the 21,700-square-foot-lot at the corner of Vancouver and View Street, the site of a former bottling recycling depot. IN APRIL 2018, NVision Properties initially proposed a 9-storey purpose-built rental complex with ground floor retail space along at 1010 Fort Street in downtown Victoria’s Harris Green neighbourhood.
