2300 Douglas Street
The City is considering an amendment to the Official Community Plan and Rezoning Application to increase the density and allow for residential uses at this location in order to facilitate a development of a mixed-use building of approximately six storeys consisting of ground floor commercial and rental apartment units above. There is a concurrent Development Permit Application.
