The City is considering a rezoning application for the construction of a four and five storey mixed use building consisting of ground floor community and daycare space and residential above. The location is the grass field adjacent to Burnside School.

The proposal is being made by Pacifica Housing Advisory Association in partnership with TL Housing Solutions.
