We are delighted to welcome the dichroic glass jewellery of Jeremy Dane Morris to The Avenue Gallery! After studying Fine Art at Guelph University, Jeremy discovered the beauty of stained glass while living in Ottawa before moving to Vancouver and turning his focus to fused glass. With five decades of experience working with glass, his work explores the qualities unique to the medium, including transparency, depth, colour and light.
His new 'Jazz' series uses highly reflective dichroic glass to create spontaneous compositions of colour, inspired by the music of Miles Davis and Billie Holiday.
