Born in Edmonton, Alberta, Denna Erickson earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design and attained a Bachelor of Education from the University of Victoria, in 1997.
Inspired by the colours, movement and natural rhythms of wildflowers, Denna's new paintings consist of organic shapes layered in glazes of luminescent colour. She has taught and worked as an artist in British Columbia for the past 25 years.
