Denna Erickson's new series explores dramatic florals, rendered in organic shapes and layered glazes of luminescent colour. Transparent paint builds depth and atmosphere in these beautifully expressive works.
Born in Edmonton, Alberta, Denna holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Victoria.
