Here is another GBH. This was in Ross Bay in February or early March. It is standing in deep water, on a raft of kelp.
I've heard the herons are threatened in BC. Is that correct? Where can I find that information?

I think these are Bufflehead ducks in Ross Bay. December 2019. That might be Goldeneyes on the left?
