Chimera - Art Exhibition by Rose Currie

Fortune Gallery is excited to announce "Chimera", a solo exhibition by the gallery's very own Rose Currie. Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Rose has developed an extensive creative portfolio over the past few decades. While her work often incorporates playful elements and humour, many of her pieces cover various aspects of the human condition. Using art as a way to reflect upon aspects of her own lived experiences, Rose's work "encompasses all the grief, love, power, colour, softness, grittiness and fierceness it is to be alive". Through her drawings and paintings, Rose tells personal stories and depicts intimate emotions that many viewers can relate to.

"Chimera" Opens November 15th and runs until November 30th. Join us on Thursday November 16th for the opening reception from 6:00pm - 8:00pm, artist in attendance.
