  1. Opening up is going to be very slow and peaceful by any standard. I see that this may be the one and only time for all of us to enjoy our beautiful city all summer without suffering the whole tourist wave. The next 4 months we should take adavantage and celebrate as best we can. Close some streets for walking/distancing and make it free parking. All of our special locally owned businesses need the locals to just help us survive and be here breathing on the other side of this pandemic. If you don’t want it to open you are condemning a lot of local people to rough times. You can drive 25 minutes
