After reading this article, admittedly more than twice, it is clear to me that the declarations it reports are made by a qualified expert and are supported by documented research and verifiable sources. I also derive that the article's author clearly has hands-on and first hand exposure to the concerns that he addresses. It strikes me that the District and Regional entities associated with these disclosures have not taken the opportunity to comment on this article or produce their own related articles. Each of us, whether as individuals or representatives of an entity, has the choice to expose ourselves to accurate information regarding our environment and to allow those facts to illuminate specific matters that we are either blind to, ignorant of or intentionally disinterested in. This is but one example of a distinct condition, within a specific district, within a specific region, within a specific Province, within a specific Nation, within one hemisphere of the Planet that we, along with all of Nature, inhabit and indeed have direct influence upon.
