I agree with you, Bob. I'm active with Force of Nature Alliance, which works at the municipal level. Municipalities don't have legal jurisdiction to pass a regulation saying "no gas hookups to new homes". They need to be granted that permission from the BC Ministry of Environment. The BC Ministry of Environment doesn't seem interested in making this move. However, daring municipalities in MetroVan have pushed the Province's Step Code, so more daring municipalities are needed! -
