    Gage Gallery Arts Collective, 19 Bastion Square, Victoria, BC February 13-March 3, gallery open Tuesday to Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visit the Gage Gallery to see a visual celebration of ocean life of the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Watercolours, acrylic paintings and digital art all with a theme of water, sea creatures, the life below and above the waves – what is and could be! Opening reception: Friday, February 16, 5 to 8 p.m. Gallery admission and events are free. Donations and partial proceeds to the Pender Islands Conservancy, an organization that helps protect our natural environment and help us to understand the importance of ecology, habitat, and environmental issues. BODY//ENERGY is an exploration of inner worlds, represented by suggestions of living, active, body interiors. Organs and energy are all constantly morphing. The activity is ceaseless and connected to a bigger wholeness. These abstract paintings suggest the enormity of the enterprise that makes us the phenomenal beings we are.
