We are delighted to announce the return of our Saturday Night Art Lectures, with artist, art historian and writer,John Luna. The first of the series is thisSaturday, March 9, 6:30-9:30. See below for more information about this lecture.
Cost is $15 and refreshments (coffee, tea, beer and wine) will be available for purchase. There will be a 15 minute intermission halfway through the presentation. You are also welcome to leave at this point if the three-hour lecture format is too long for you.
If you have not yet experienced one of John Luna's lectures, you are in for a feast for your mind and your imagination. John will take you on a journey with his depth of knowledge and sense of humour, from the 1500s up the current decades in a presentation that includes art, literature, music, fashion and more. You will learn many things you didn't know or hadn't considered before and leave the lecture a changed person. There is something for everyone in these lectures. We recommend you arrive early to these lectures to assure yourself a seat as seating is on a first come, first serve basis. There is lots of free parking in the parking lot.
